Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and UK Bank/Building Society issued debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit/debit card information securely over the Internet or phone us with your order details.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Schedule
We offer different delivery schedules dependent on your location, product weights and stock availability, please select your preferred option on the checkout page.
Some items can not be delivered next day, the delivery times for these items will be shown next to the product.
For Northern Ireland (Belfast Only) and mainland UK we offer a next working day before 9.00 a.m. service, you can select this option when you are on the checkout page.
European orders are generally received in under 4 days.
Your Order will be shipped for next day delivery subject to credit clearance, stock availability and your order being received before 12.00 noon. on a working day.
Working days are defined as Monday to Friday.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy
If your goods arrived damaged in any way please inform us immediately by telephone.
We are happy to accept returns subject to the following:
Products must be complete and in a re saleable condition, if a product is deemed to be unsaleable then no credit will be given.
Returns are subject to a minimum of 15% restocking charge, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Metro-Flow Ltd.
You will need to obtain a returns number from our office before returning products; we will need the invoice/reference number that was supplied with your order.
All goods must be returned by the customer at their expense.
Monies will be credited by the same means as payment.
